A valid 'User ID and Password' are required in order to access Merchant Direct. Passwords are case-sensitive and MUST be entered into Merchant Direct exactly as provided to you. A valid User ID contains 5-16 characters and a valid password contains 8-32 characters. Note: Your User ID and password are confidential and should not be shared with other users. |
