You must have a valid 'Userid and Password' to access
Merchant Direct. Your password is case sensitive and MUST be entered in
Merchant Direct exactly as you were provided it from the Merchant Direct
Support group.
To request a valid Userid (5-16 characters) and password (8-32 characters)
contact Merchant Direct Support for assistance.
Note: Your Userid and password are confidential and should not be
shared with other users.

At the 'Sign in…' screen you have two options:
1. Sign in (follow steps 1,2,3)
2. Change your password to a new password. (follow steps 1 to 7)
- Step 1.
- At the 'Sign in' screen enter your Userid
- Step 2.
- Tab or click to enter your Password (your password is case sensitive)
- Step 3.
- Click Sign in button to complete sign in and to display the
'Please select…' screen
- OR
- Step 4.
- Click Change Password to change your current password to a new password.
- Step 5.
- At the 'change password' screen enter a new password using a minimum of 8-32 characters into
the 'New password' field'
- Step 6.
- Re-enter Password again for confirmation in the 'New password again' field
- Step 7.
- Click Submit button to complete sign in and to display the
'Please select…' screen

3. First Time Users or Resetting
your password |

Users who sign on for the very first time or sign in after they have been reset
by Merchant Direct Support you will need to:
Change your temporary password provided by Merchant Direct Support to a
password you will use every time you log into Merchant Direct.
To sign in follow these steps:
- Step 1.
- At the 'Sign in' screen enter your Userid
- Step 2.
- Tab or click to enter your Password (your password is case sensitive)
- Step 3.
- Click Sign in button
- Step 4.
- At the 'change password' screen enter a new password using a minimum
of 8-32 characters into the 'New password' field
- Step 5.
- Re-enter Password again for confirmation in the 'New password again' field
- Step 6.
- Click Submit button to complete sign in and to display the 'Please
select…' screen
